Christian Counseling Institute and Leadership Development of Life and Mission Ministry, Poland. Founded in 1995, the Institute is currently training Christian Counselors and Lay Leaders in bringing effective help to people challenged by mental & spiritual health issues.

The purpose of the Training for Christian Caregivers is best described through two verses in God’s Word. Apostle Paul in his letter to Colossians 1:28-29 speaks  about the purpose of all the works:  “He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. (NIV)

The purpose of the Training for Christian Caregivers is to help in better understanding the problems that people deal with, in their everyday life. It is also  to help acquire a right knowledge and practical skills based on the example  of Jesus Christ, to be able to accompany them in their difficult situations.

The main programs in Christian Counseling and Leadership Development Institute are:

• One Year Course in Basic Christian Counseling  (Training the Counselors and lay counselors for the churches ).
• Advanced Training – Weekend Seminars on Critical Issues.
• Leadership Development seminars.
• Spiritual Formation seminars (man/woman conferences).
• Workshops for equipping and facilitating trainers in churches, business, national and local government, social services.
• One to One Counseling, to introduce healing to the wounded souls
• The project of Country/Regional Consultants Network

These goals are being successfully met and expanded to meet the demands of pastors, church leaders and people in the ministry, mainly through One – Year Course in Christian Counseling, which includes 70 hours of lectures and workshops. Every year we train people who come from all around Poland and represent different professions, churches and social backgrounds. There are among them schoolteachers, psychologists, missionaries, social workers, pastors, medical doctors.

We have successfully established the advanced stage of Christian Counseling through the Weekend Seminars on Critical Issues.

Annually around 300 Christian Counselors and professionals take part in Basic Course in Christian Counseling and Advanced Seminars.

The whole program for the Courses Basic Christian Counseling and Advanced Training On Critical Issues is presented in five volumes “How To Practically Help People In Need”(Part 1-5).
